One of the projects is shown in the last photo, as an example.
This is in Good Minus
condition, with normal handling wear.
It has some surface wear on the covers and due to the type of paper used, it
has become discolored in places on the covers (see pics).  Were it not for
that, I would have rated it closer to very good condition.
The last page (47/48) has a slight tear in the right/left edge (¼" or less)
Unless noted above... No tears, no water damage, no missing pages, no odors.
